Fast forward to my second season in HYROX and I have done everything I set out to do and more, and I can’t wait to share it with you inside this class.
What you'll get in this class
Every session is one hour structured to prepare you for the actual demands of HYROXâś… Sled work that prepares you to come out strong for the remainder of the raceÂ
