Learn the exact pacing strategy and station techniques that took me from first timer to HYROX World Champion.
When I stepped into my first HYROX race, I thought I was ready.
I had been a long-time marathon runner and had been lifting heavy in the gym, but five minutes into that first race... I realized I wasn't nearly as prepared as I thought I was.
My run paces were all over the place. The first one I went out too conservative, the second one way too fast.
I had no idea what to expect or how to find that right effort. Then came the sled pull, and it completely wrecked me. The rope was everywhere, I had no control, and zero technique to fall back on.
By the time I hit the burpee broad jumps, it felt like everyone was flying past me. I had no power left, and every rep felt like it took forever. And let’s not even talk about the wall balls. I had zero plan coming into that station, and it showed.
I finished really proud of myself......yet very humbled! I knew I needed to do more than “just train hard.” I needed to train like an athlete that was built for HYROX.
👉So I studied my splits, rewired my pacing, and tested everything. I learned how to make every station as efficient as possible: from sled push to lunges to wall balls.
I learned how to breathe through the ski and how to control my heart rate between stations, how to make my transitions automatic.
THAT is what took me from guessing to becoming a World Champion.
And that’s exactly what I’m teaching you inside HYROX UNLOCKED, how to refine your approach, test everything, and become as efficient as possible in every single station from the first run to the finish line!
